Brendan Hart

Brendan Hart is a lawyer with OMERS Capital Markets, focusing on the legal aspects of trading relationships with financial institutions globally and regulatory matters affecting publicly traded investments.

Before joining OMERS Brendan held legal roles with a sell-side financial institution and a securities regulator, in addition to having worked in private practice.

Brendan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction, from the University of Alberta. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
